First Baking Academy offers nine certifications based on the Korea Baking Association curriculum,
including macarons, tarts, cake design, baked goods, boulangerie, chocolates, and master levels.
Completing all nine modules under the credit system earns you a diploma.

  • Macaron

    This course teaches making shells with French, Italian, and Swiss meringues and designing macarons.

  • Tart

    Dough of flour and butter is used.
    Different methods create various tart designs.

  • Cake Design

    From baking sheets to icing, this course teaches how to design trendy, modern cakes.

  • Baked Goods

    This course covers baking cookies like madeleines, canneles, financiers, and other basics.

  • Boulangerie

    Learn to bake yeast-fermented breads like vegan bread, campagne, and ciabatta.

  • Chocolate

    This course covers chocolate basics and tempering, training skilled chocolatiers.

  • Pastry Master

    This course covers breads and bagels, practicing 20 items for the pastry exam.

  • Baking Master

    This course covers cookies and cakes, practicing 20 items for the baking exam.

  • Baking Instructor Master
