Article 9 - Changes to Services
- 1. The Company may change all or part of the services for operational or technical needs.
- 2. If there are changes to the content, usage method, or usage time, the Company shall inform members in advance on the initial screen.
- 3. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue free services based on its policies or operational needs without compensation unless otherwise stated by law.
Article 10 - Information and Advertisement
- 1. The Company may provide necessary information to members via notices or emails.
- 2. For sending such information via telephone or fax, prior consent from the member is required unless it concerns transaction-related replies.
- 3. The Company may display advertisements on the website or emails. Members may refuse to receive such emails.
- 4. Users (including non-members) shall not alter or restrict information provided by the Company.
Article 11 - Copyright of Posts
- 1. The copyright of posts made by members belongs to the respective author.
- 2. Posts may be displayed, edited, or used within services or promotions while complying with copyright laws. Members may request deletion.
- 3. For uses beyond those stated, the Company shall obtain the member's consent.
Article 12 - Management of Posts
- 1. If a post violates laws such as the Information and Communications Network Act or the Copyright Act, the rights holder may request its removal.
- 2. Even without such a request, the Company may remove posts that violate laws or its policies.
- 3. The process shall comply with related laws and the Company's procedures.
Article 13 - Ownership of Rights
- 1. The intellectual property rights of services belong to the Company, excluding user posts and third-party content.
- 2. Members are granted usage rights only and may not transfer or sell them.
Article 14 - Termination of Contract
- 1. Members may cancel their contract at any time via the customer center or personal info management menu.
- 2. Upon cancellation, all personal data is deleted unless retention is required by law.
- 3. Posts may remain after cancellation unless deleted by the user beforehand.
Article 15 - Restrictions on Use
- 1. The Company may restrict service use through warnings, suspensions, or terminations if members violate terms or hinder operations.
- 2. Serious violations such as identity theft, illegal programs, or hacking may result in permanent termination without compensation.
- 3. Members inactive for over three months may be restricted for management reasons.
- 4. Details of restrictions shall follow the Company’s policies.
- 5. In such cases, the Company shall notify the member as described in Article 9.
- 6. Members may appeal against such restrictions. If deemed valid, service access will be restored.
Article 16 - Limitation of Liability
- 1. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure.
- 2. The Company is not responsible for service issues caused by member actions.
- 3. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information posted by members.
- 4. The Company is not liable for transactions between members or with third parties.
- 5. The Company is not liable for free services unless otherwise specified by law.
Article 17 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- 1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- 2. Disputes shall be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 18 - Supplementary Provisions
These terms shall take effect from October 18, 2018.
